Los parados de larga duración en España en la crisis actual
The long-term unemployed group exceeds half of the total unemployed in our country: around 3.5 million individuals. In this article, the group is characterized by demographic characteristics, as well as by previous type of employment, and the factors that are most specific when leaving for a job are estimated. Those under 25 years of age with a low educational level and those over 45 face special difficulties when leaving for a job. The appropriate combination of active policies with passive policies, such as subsidy, is essential to achieve specific policies.
