Elene Allende Letona works as Project Manager in the fields of education, employment and innovation. Since 2014, she is a consultant at the World Bank, where she advises governments in the areas of youth employment, technology, entrepreneurship and innovation. In 2017 he co-founded a company in Bilbao, adapting a US model of coding education that seeks to change the way young people seek and interact with employment in the digital world. Today she combines her work at the World Bank with her project management role at ISEAK Foundation. Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Mondragon, she has always linked her career to the international world. She has previously lived in countries such as India, Chile and the United States.
