Elene Allende Letona works as Project Manager in the fields of employment, digital skills and innovation. Since 2014, she is a consultant at the World Bank, where she advises governments in the areas of youth employment, technology, entrepreneurship and innovation. In 2017 he co-founded a company in Bilbao, adapting a US model of coding education that seeks to change the way young people seek and interact with employment in the digital world. Today, and since the beginning of ISEAK, she manages the projects and the strategy of the foundation. Occasionally, she consults for the World Bank. Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Mondragon, she has always linked her career to the international world. She has previously lived in countries such as India, Chile and the United States.
