Fernando Monge is a public sector and urban policy specialist. He is senior associate at the Bloomberg-Harvard City Leadership Initiative, working on research projects related to urban policy and public-sector innovation and management. He is also a consultant with the World Bank, where he previously worked as a specialist, advising various national and subnational governments in public sector reforms across Latin America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. He holds a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, a Master in Public Finance from UNED University and the Institute of Fiscal Studies, and a J.D. in Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
