Lucía Gorjón works at ISEAK evaluating the impact of economic and social policies. Her fields of research are labour market, gender and poverty. She received a (Cum Laude) PhD in Economics in the University of the Basque Country under the supervision of Sara de la Rica. She started her career in FEDEA as Research Analyst in 2014. She has also been Guest Researcher at the Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) in collaboration with the World Bank. She has collaborated in several projects with the Spanish Ministry of Employment and Social Security and with Regional Public Institutions. In particular she has evaluated the impact of several public policies, such as Minimum Income Schemes, Active Labour Market Policies, profiling of unemployed workers and educational programs for young people, among others.
